Frequently Asked Questions - Online Voting
Why can't I get to the voting site when I click on the link on the Leeds Building Society web site?
Some browsers have their security set so they don't redirect from one web site to another. Type the voting site address: https://agmvoting.leedsbuildingsociety.co.uk/ directly into your browser. You can then go to the voting web site.
Why am I having problems logging on to this web site?
Your password is not case sensitive, but the verification box is. Please ensure that you enter your security code and password, and the number verification in the relevant boxes, exactly as they appear on your printed form.
Can I use this security code and password to access my other accounts?
No, this security code and password has been specifically created for the AGM 2010 online voting web site and you will not be able to use it for anything else.
I have voted online but have made a mistake, what can I do about this?
You can login using the same security code and password and submit your vote again and your last vote will supersede any previous votes.
I encountered an error or my internet connection was disconnected during voting, has my vote been recorded?
If you are unsure about whether your vote has been received, please simply login using the same security code and password and vote again.
I have voted online and have sent in the paper voting form too, which one will count?
We will accept your last received vote which can be either online or paper based.
