It is the responsibility of the intermediary to ensure that all applicable law including, without limitation, the Financial Conduct Authority rules on advised mortgage sales are complied with including, without limitation, the provision of adequate explanations.

Important - For All New Applications

Following the changes made to the Society’s submission requirements on 17 August 2013 we are pleased to advise that our need to request further supporting documentation or additional clarification following full case assessment has reduced on average by 44%.
Furthermore, our case turnaround time from full case assessment to offer based on cases processed to offer under the new process to date has reduced on average to 10 days.

From 1st November 2013 the Society will ensure that a fully completed Submission form is received for all applications as part of our minimum submission requirements.
