Criteria Changes & New Simplified Criteria

In addition the Society has made a small number of criteria changes, which can be summarised as follows:

  • Maximum residential loan size increased from £0.75m to £1m
  • Maximum LTV on new build houses increased from 80% to 85% (Buy to Let remains 80%)
  • Maximum Holiday Let loan size increased from £0.25m to £0.50m
  • Holiday Let rental cover reduced from 130% to 125% of valuer AST
