Intermediary Customer Survey - Update

Further to the update issued last week, we are pleased to confirm that our Intermediary Customer Survey is now available for you to complete on-line.

The survey is issued as part of our regular case tracking e-mail updates, each time we confirm that a mortgage offer has been issued.

This is the latest in a series of recent system and process improvements that we hope make dealing with Leeds Building Society easier than ever before. Please use this opportunity to provide your feedback to us on a regular basis, which is very important and helps us to improve the service we deliver to you.

In addition, for each survey returned, we'll donate £1 to the Leeds Building Society Charitable Foundation, so you'll be helping us and helping those less fortunate.

Intermediary Customer Survey

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve our service and to make contact with us as easy as possible, we will shortly be making our Intermediary Customer Survey available for completion on-line.

The survey will be issued as part of our regular case tracking e-mail updates, each time we confirm that a mortgage offer has been issued.

In order to complete the survey, simply click on the link that will appear at the top of the e-mail and this will take you straight into the web page on which the survey is displayed. Please enter your company name in the space provided and then answer all the questions by clicking on the appropriate button for the score you wish to submit. After adding any additional comments you may have in the final box, all you need to do is click the 'Submit Survey' button and the survey will automatically and securely be sent to us.
