If I could buy a house anywhere in the world it would be in the Yorkshire Dales, England, which is where I currently live.

Jas Kaur | Mortgage Consultant at Leeds Building Society

About me: I've worked in Financial Services for 27 years and I have worked in the mortgage industry for 13 years. I have seen a lot of things change in the past 27 years and the last 2 years have been particularly challenging. My aim is to ensure that all my customers always receive a 5 star service with a smile at all times.

Interesting fact: I used to play the violin and loved horse riding but after having children I became the taxi driver, taking the boys to football, cricket, swimming and after school clubs. Now my boys can drive I am planning on taking up violin lessons and then horse riding again.

If you could buy a house anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I would love to buy a house in the Peak District so I can enjoy long walks, fresh air and play my violin without disturbing the neighbours!

Brian Murphy | Head of Lending at Mortgage Advice Bureau

If you could buy a house anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Although there are many beautiful places in the world, many of which I have had the pleasure to visit, I personally still would only want to live in the UK.
