The Direct Mortgage Team deals with phone calls and on-line enquiries from any existing members looking to move home. The Mortgage Consultants provide information on the Society's full mortgage product range, as well as Building and Contents Insurance, Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance and Life Insurance. Even if you're just thinking about putting your house on the market, call the team and your personal Mortgage Consultant will look after you every step of the way. The team are based at the Society's Silverlink office, which is in the North-East, and are available from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturdays.

The Call Centre team is available from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week, helping existing members with their mortgage and savings enquiries. The team deals with all calls regarding the Society's savings product range, providing rates, product details and issuing application packs. If the team can't help with your enquiry personally, they will find someone who can.

The Customer Services Contact Team is here to help you with any questions you may have regarding your existing investment accounts or, alternatively, any mortgage loans you hold with the Society. The staff in the team are experienced and can assist with most aspects of our range of savings products. Some of the areas they help with include; terms and conditions of accounts, balance and transaction information, statements or tax certificates and general passbook enquiries. For mortgages, the team can assist with areas such as; changes to Direct Debits, information about product terms, lump sum repayments you may wish to make and any other general mortgage-related questions. If you do need assistance with any of these types of enquiries, our friendly, helpful team will be happy to speak to you.

The Customer Care sales team is here to deal with the Society's existing mortgage customers who are either looking to change to a new mortgage product with the Society or looking to raise additional funds on their mortgage. The team are based at our Head Office in Leeds and are available over the telephone Monday- Thursday 8am-8pm, Fridays 8am -6pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
