Recommend a Leeds Building Society mortgage to a friend or member of your family and when it completes, we'll reward you both with £50 - just to say thank you!

How it works...

It's so easy to do, so long as you're an exisiting member of the Society (either an investor of 3 months or more or a mortgage customer), simple fill out the form below and pass it on to a friend or member of your family. They then need to hand it in with their mortgage application and when their mortgage completes, provided that this is on or before 31 December 2013 a cheque for £50 will be on its way to you and your friend!

You can recommend up to four people which could result in a fantastic £400 in cash between you, your friends and family, just for spreading the word.

Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is available to existing members who recommend a Leeds Building Society mortgage to a friend or relative, which subsequently completes on or before 31 December 2013.
2. To be eligible, a completed voucher must be handed in with the mortgage application.
3. To qualify for the £50 the existing member must be aged 18 years or over and have held a savings account for three months or more or be an existing mortgage customer.
4. New mortgages completed on or before 31 December 2013 on the recommendation of the named existing member will qualify the existing member to receive a cheque for £50 and the new member a cheque for £50.
5. This offer is limited to four £50 cheques per existing member (total £200) and to four £50 cheques for each separate new recommendation that the existing member makes (total £200) during the period of the offer ending 31 December 2013.
6. £50 cheques will be dispatched within one month of the mortgage completing and made payable to the existing member (sent by post to the address listed on the form) and to the new member (sent by post to the address listed on the form, unless another address is specified in the mortgage application).
7. Employees of Leeds Building Society, their agents and their families are not eligible for this promotion.
8. The Society reserves the right to vary or withdraw this offer at any time.
9. The promoter of this offer is Leeds Building Society.
