Complaining to Leeds Permanent Building Society

Although the names are very similar, Leeds Building Society isn't the same as Leeds Permanent Building Society. We're a completely separate organisation. Leeds Permanent was taken over by Halifax in 1995. If you want to make a PPI complaint with Leeds Permanent Building Society, you need to raise your case with Halifax.
