Important Mortgage Information

In relation to any mortgage application that you make, whether this is a Decision in Principle and/or a full application, please note that the Society will consult at least one database to determine whether you can afford the proposed mortgage. For the Society to properly assess whether you can afford the proposed mortgage, we’ll ask you for certain information and evidence during the mortgage application process.

All of the information and evidence that you give us must be accurate and complete. If we can’t assess whether you can afford the mortgage because you’ve chosen not to give the information and evidence we asked for, then the Society won’t provide you with any proposed mortgage.
