You can choose from applying online¹ (unless stated below), in branch or over the phone. You can use our mortgage calculator and get a decision in principle today.

Please note that Leeds Building Society does not accept online applications for remortgage products from customers if the purpose of all or part of the funds is for debt consolidation. However applications may be accepted if the application is submitted by a mortgage intermediary providing an advised service.
