Please include the following types of monthly outgoing:
All loan / HP agreements, that will remain outstanding on completion.
Minimum credit card payments.
Maintenance / Child Support.
School / Nursery / Child Care Fees.
Other significant outgoing.
You do not need to include the following:
General outgoings such as food, fuel, council tax etc.
Any mortgage payments if the mortgage will be repaid before your new one begins.
Rental income will be independently verified by the Society’s valuers and must be at least 140% of the interest payable on a rate of 5.5% for purchases and capital raising remortgages, and on 5.0% for like for like remortgages.
