Please include the following types of monthly outgoing:
- All loan / HP agreements, that will remain outstanding on completion.
- Minimum credit card payments.
- Maintenance / Child Support.
- School / Nursery / Child Care Fees.
- Other significant outgoing.
You do not need to include the following:
- General outgoings such as food, fuel, council tax etc.
- Any mortgage payments if the mortgage will be repaid before your new one begins.
- Any mortgages payments if you let the property and the rent is 100% of the mortgage payment.
