Leeds Building Society wins award for ‘Best Buy-to-Let Mortgage Provider’

Leeds Building Society has won the prestigious award for ‘Best Buy-to-let Mortgage Provider’ at the Business Moneyfacts Awards 2013. This award is evidence of the excellent products the Society has given to brokers through its buy-to-let mortgage range.

The awards were held at the Lancaster London Hotel, recognising the best products and services offered during the last year and showcasing those providers and brokers whose support is so vital to the economic growth of the country.

Phil Coombes receiving Leeds Building Society’s ‘Best Buy-to-let Mortgage Provider’ award Awards for lenders were based on feedback from brokers, assessed by a team of experts at Moneyfacts with providers individual products compared to their competitors.

Phil Coombes, Head of Intermediary Sales at Leeds Building Society said, “I am delighted that Leeds Building Society has been recognised for providing the products that enable our brokers to complete their purchase of buy-to-let properties, meaning that many people can obtain somewhere to live through renting. I feel really proud to accept the award for the Society as it shows that Leeds work as a fantastic team in the mortgage market.”
