Leeds Building Society is inviting the public to come and cheer on their charity six-a-side football tournament this weekend.
The mutual is holding a Family Fun Day and Football Tournament to raise funds for Macmillan and Mind. Admission is free on Sunday 20th August at Horsforth Community Sports Association.
The event kicks off at 12 noon with entertainment including a bouncy castle, face painting, tombola, barbecue, games, stalls and children’s football coaching.
Ten Leeds Building Society teams are competing in the football tournament, with more than 100 colleagues due to attend on the day.
Tony Raine, Leeds Building Society’s Telephone Business Development Team Manager, said: “It promises to be a great day on Sunday and we’re delighted to be raising funds for Macmillan and Mind, charities chosen for support following a vote by colleagues.
“Admission to this weekend’s six-a-side football tournament is free for everyone, and we hope many people will join us on the day.”
