New Studio Apartment Criteria Announced

With effect from Tuesday 18th February, the Society has relaxed its criteria for Studio Apartments, removing the minimum 60 sqm requirement. The new criteria for studio apartments are as follows:

  • Studio flats are acceptable for residential applications
  • Internal floor areas of a minimum of 30sqm
  • Self-contained with a separate bathroom required
  • No basement studio flats
  • Natural light required
  • Studio flats are not acceptable for Buy to Let purposes
