Intermediary team expands further with the addition of a New Build specialist

In recognition of the importance of intermediary business to the Society, in the past 12 months the intermediary team has tripled in size and underwriting capacity also has been increased. The team has been further reinforced with extra Regional Development Managers, and additional Telephone Business Development Managers are available to offer brokers support when they call.

A new Corporate Account Manager, James O’Reilly, specialising in the new build market has joined Leeds Building Society’s intermediary team.

“James will look after specialist new build intermediaries and developers… complementing the rest of the team,” said Louisa Sedgwick, Leeds Building Society’s Head of Corporate Accounts.

“New build is a growing market for us, where we have strong expertise and experience, and we’ve been working closely with our broker partners and major house builders to develop products tailored to this market”.
