Leeds Building Society strengthens Software Delivery team
Leeds Building Society has strengthened its Software Delivery team with the appointment of a new manager for this area.
Louise Elliott has been promoted to this position, following two successful years managing the development of all the Society’s in-house software.
She has over 25 years of experience in software, predominantly in agile and lean techniques.
In her new role Louise is responsible for providing software solutions to the Society and its members in a high quality and flexible manner which is adaptable to change.
Tom Clark, Leeds Building Society’s Chief Information Officer, said: “I am delighted to promote Louise to Head of Software Delivery.
“She will be involved in improving the experience of our members through ensuring that our systems share information and work together to give them a seamless experience.
“Louise will do this by working with our colleagues to enable us to deliver our solutions faster and to higher quality.
“This internal appointment also demonstrates the strength and quality of our people.”
