“I am pleased her dedication and expertise have been recognised with this award.”
Twenty customer advisers, nominated by their regional managers, attended the awards at the Society’s head office in Leeds.

“I love working with our members and am always thrilled when I can help provide the best outcome for them. My thanks should also go to my colleagues and managers for their continued help, relentless support and belief in me.
“I feel very honoured and still a little overwhelmed to win Adviser of the Year 2017.”
