For Scottish cases, where the valuation has already been carried out, please ensure you input the details of the valuer that carried out the report on question 15 in the property section. This will assist us in being able to request the transcript copy when we carry out the initial assessment on the case and help to prevent delays.

08/02/2013 - Avoid delays with Secure Email
To ensure your secure email documents are attached directly to your clients file you must quote the application number in the subject heading of the email. Please note when an applicant has income from self employed and employed sources the Quick Borrowing Calculator on our website needs you to put ALL the income into the employed section of the calculator to give you a true maximum borrowing amount. The self employed income should be the average of the last three years.
