As you would expect, Leeds Building Society is fully committed to the FSA’s "Treating Customers Fairly" initiative and has implemented a programme of projects across all areas of the business to ensure that TCF principles are embedded into the way we do business.
As part of our approach to TCF, we feel it is important to work with our partners to ensure that the split of responsibilities between LBS as a product provider and you as a distributor are clear to both parties.
In view of this we have developed a document that seeks to clearly define these responsibilities. Our intention is that the consumer can benefit from an end-to-end experience where the advice, product and service experience are consistent with the TCF principles and, in turn, deliver the six consumer outcomes defined by the FSA.
