Online Options

We offer a range of options through our website to help you select the right mortgage. You can be sure that any details you give us will be completely secure.

1. Quick Calculator

Requires the following details: Purchase price / approximate value of property, loan amount required, term of mortgage.

Choose and compare our online mortgages to see which option best suits your needs. You'll get an idea of your monthly payments within seconds. You can then continue through to a KFI should you wish.

2. Key Facts Illustration (KFI)

Requires the following details: Name, purpose of loan, loan amount required, purchase price / approximate value of house, term of mortgage, mortgage product selection, repayment method (Capital & Interest, Interest Only).

Here you can enter a few more personal details to produce a KFI. This will give you extensive details about the mortgage, its terms and how they will affect your payments. Once you've received your KFI you can choose to continue to a Decision in Principle.

3. Decision in Principle

Requires the following details: All of the above will be carried forward if completed plus; Personal details, contact information, bank account details, employment details, income details, existing financial commitments.

Fill in your personal details and financial circumstances and we'll give you an instant online decision. You can then choose to save your decision to access in the future, or continue straight through to a full mortgage application. You will not be asked to select a mortgage at this time.

Please Note: Your Decision in Principle may include us obtaining data from a credit reference agency, you will be asked to confirm your agreement to this before you receive your decision.

4. Full Mortgage Application

Requires the following details: All of the above will be carried forward if completed plus; Mortgage payment method (Direct Debit information), full property to be mortgaged information, vendor details (company selling the property), valuation and solicitor details.

You will first be asked to undertake a Decision in Principle (see above) before moving into a full mortgage application. Here you can choose the particular mortgage you would like in addition to giving us a little more information about yourself.

Don't worry if you've already done a Decision in Principle, most of the details will be carried over into your full application so you won't have to re-enter anything you've already been asked.
