Online Maturity Management
You can now easily manage the maturity of your account online. This facility can be used instead of writing to us. It couldn’t be easier, simply click the link below to go to our secure web form, enter your details, then provide us with your maturity instruction and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you request that your funds are transferred to an external bank account (that we are not already holding details for) we will telephone you to verify the details submitted. This is for security purposes, to ensure the bank details quoted are accurate.
Please note, this is an essential step in our security procedures. However, if you do not wish us to telephone you to verify this information, you will not be able to provide alternative bank details via this form. In this case, it is important you either choose an alternative maturity option, i.e. payment by cheque to your home address, or you instead contact our Customer Helpline (03452 34 40 47) to discuss the available options.
