Arrangement fees and valuation fees

Arrangement fee

Arrangement fees that apply to our mortgages are shown on the Spanish Mortgage Rates page.

Valuation fee

For us to agree a mortgage advance we will need a Mortgage Inspection Report for the property. The range of fees are set out below.

The Mortgage Inspection Report is for valuation purposes and does not replace the need for an independent building survey.

Our team in Gibraltar can put you in touch with a UK qualified surveyor. If the surveyor completes both surveys it is likely that only one fee will be charged for both reports.

If you are applying for a Euro Mortgage you must send your Euro Fees by Telegraphic Transfer to our bank. Please phone (00350) 200 50602 for further details

Insurance for buildings and contents

It is a condition of the mortgage that you will need to make sure you have adequate insurance in place to cover the property against fire, flood or subsidence.

We will be happy to help arrange both buildings insurance and contents insurance through our Gibraltar office.
