At Leeds Building Society we believe it’s very important to know what our members think of us. This is why we have launched TalkingPoint, our online member forum, giving members an opportunity to share their thoughts on a range of topics concerning both the Society, and the financial sector in general.  All communication from TalkingPoint will be via email.  Further information can be found at:

Customer Satisfaction

As a mutual our members are important to our success and we track member sentiment, what we are doing well and what we can do better. We work with Savanta to conduct a monthly customer satisfaction programme with a number of our members. Savanta is an independent market research agency and they conduct research on our behalf with their partner Fineline, contacting members either by telephone during the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm or by an online survey sent to their email address.
