Making sure your tenants and rented properties are insured should be simple. We’re now working together with Uinsure to provide you with 5-star Defaqto rated cover for landlords insurance.

Landlords Emergency Cover provides immediate help from professional tradesmen to deal with a range of emergency incidents so the tenant can keep living at the property. This includes boiler breakdown, electrical failure or blocked toilets. The policy gives cover up to £1,000 (including VAT) per claim with no annual maximum limit on claims.
Landlords Legal Protection policy provides £100,000 of legal cover and helps landlords through difficult and stressful legal situations, such as tenant disputes and eviction or property infringement situations. Rent guarantee cover will provide up to £2,500 per month for unpaid rent, for up to 6 months. It also includes a complimentary mediation service for landlords and tenants to resolve disputes amicably.
This is an optional extra which covers unexpected and unintended damage caused by something sudden and external. It also protects against deliberate damage or theft caused to the property by a tenant or their visitors.
This is an optional extra when purchasing accidental damage and malicious damage caused by a tenant. This covers the damages and costs relating to using the property to manufacture, cultivate, harvest or process drugs classed as controlled substances under the Misuse of Drugs Act (1971). This includes water damage to walls and flooring caused by cannabis cultivation.
