Making life easier for brokers by integrating with Twenty7Tec

This new integration means that Decisions in Principle (DIPs) can be submitted at the touch of a button, key details will then be transferred into Mortgage Hub. Without the need to rekey the majority of information, brokers can save time and eliminate the chance of any potential inputting errors.

Our integration with Twenty7Tec follows on from similar integrations with Trigold, Xplan and most recently Mortgage Brain and we remain committed to improving our technologies to benefit the brokers we work with.

Graham Closier, Mortgage Development Director at Connells Group, who were key in piloting the integration, said: “We’re delighted with how well the project has gone, demonstrating fantastic teamwork between all parties. Our consultants have embraced the opportunity to use Twenty7tec Mortgage Apply for Leeds Building Society ‘decisions in principle’ as it’s simple to use and provides notable time-saving.”

“We look forward to working with Leeds Building Society as they continue to develop this concept. “

Martese Carton, head of intermediary distribution at Leeds Building Society said about the latest integration: “Leeds Building Society continues to demonstrate its commitment to ensuring working with us is as straight forward as possible. The latest Mortgage Hub integration, this time with Twenty7Tec, clearly shows our dedication in making the mortgage journey as efficient as possible through the implementation of new technologies, that in turn enables us to offer the best service to brokers and their clients."
