Statement of Investment Principles, Investment Implementation and Implementation Statement Documents

We’re required to keep members of the Leeds Building Society Staff Pension Scheme (the Scheme) informed about how the Trustees of the Scheme are meeting governance standards. The Statement of Investment Principles and Investment Implementation Document explain the Scheme's investment strategies and approach taken by the Trustees.

As part of the legislation for UK pension schemes, the Trustees of the Scheme must write an Implementation Statement showing how they’ve implemented the policies in the Statement of Investment Principles. This includes investment strategy, risk management, and environmental, social and governance (‘ESG’) matters. The Implementation Statement covers the 12-month period to 31 December 2024 and will be updated annually.
