TalkingPoint is where you get to have your say. Here you can take part in quick polls, short surveys and member forums. In return, we'll show you how we've used your feedback to make real change happen.

How we get your feedback
At Leeds Building Society, we believe it’s very important to know what our members think. This is why we’ve launched TalkingPoint [1], our online member forum. TalkingPoint gives members an opportunity to share their thoughts on topics including the Society, new products, and the financial sector in general.
All messages from TalkingPoint will be sent by email.
We're trying out a new way to get your feedback, so we can keep improving our service.
After calling us, you might get a short survey by text, or a quick follow-up call asking if you'd like to take part. It only takes around two minutes and includes up to five quick questions.
You can ignore the call or text if you'd rather not take part. The phone number we'll use is 0113 868 0352 and the texts will be sent from LeedsBSoc.
As a mutual, our members are important to our success. We want to know what you think so that we find out what we’re doing well and how we can do better.
The way we do this is through an independent research agency called Fineline, who carry out a monthly customer satisfaction survey with a number of our members. They’ll only contact you between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
