If you’re an existing Residential or Buy to Let mortgage holder, green additional borrowing means you borrow more on your mortgage to support a range of energy-efficient home improvements:

  • Double/triple glazing
  • Electric car charging installation
  • Loft insulation
  • Underfloor wet heating systems
