If you’re finding it difficult to pay your mortgage due to coronavirus (COVID-19), help is at hand. Mortgage payment holidays for up to three months are available for members who need extra support at this time.

What is a mortgage payment holiday?

A mortgage payment holiday is a break from paying your mortgage that won’t affect your credit rating. You’ll find more information on how to apply here.

Who can apply?

Mortgage payment holidays are for our mortgage customers, as well as those buy to let landlords whose tenants are affected by coronavirus.
