Questions you may have about your Annual Review

Whilst we have provided you with an explanation of the information contained in your Annual Review, there may be questions you still require clarification on. You should also refer to your Annual Mortgage Statement when reviewing this information.

The information contained in your MPPI Annual Review is for the period 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2016. See Question 2 below if you have made changes to your mortgage or insurance since the 31st December 2016.

1. What if the information in the “Payment Protection Insurance cover” section is incorrect?

If any of this information appears to be incorrect, such as your age, employment status or the amount of monthly payment covered, please get in touch.

Alternatively, you may wish to write to us at Mortgage Services, Leeds Building Society, 26 Sovereign Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 4BJ.

2. I have made changes to my mortgage / MPPI after the 31st December, why are these not showing?

As this information is based on the Society’s records as at the 31st December 2016, any changes you have made since this date, including redeeming your mortgage, cancelling your policy or changing the details of your policy, will not be reflected in this Annual Review.

3. Who do I contact to amend my cover?

If you wish to make a change or review your MPPI cover, you can call the Society or you can contact any of the Society’s branches to review your current cover levels.

4. How can I cancel my cover?

If you no longer have a need for this insurance, you can cancel this by calling the Society or writing to the Society at Mortgage Services, Leeds Building Society, 26 Sovereign Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 4BJ.
