Important mortgage information

When you make any sort of mortgage application, the Society will use at least one database to check that you can afford the proposed mortgage. This applies to a Decision in Principle application as well as a full application. We’ll ask you for certain information and evidence during the mortgage application process to check that you can afford the mortgage.

All the information and evidence that you give us must be accurate and complete. We need this information to assess whether you can afford the mortgage.
