Statement of Investment Principles, Investment Implementation and Implementation Statement Documents

We're required to keep members of the Leeds Building Society Staff Pension Scheme (the Scheme) informed about how the Trustees of the Scheme are meeting governance standards. The Statement of Investment Principles and Investment Implementation Document explain the Scheme's investment strategies and approach taken by the Trustees of the Scheme.


New legislation for UK pension schemes requires the Trustee of the Scheme to produce an Implementation Statement detailing how the Trustee has implemented the policies in the Statement of Investment Principles, including investment strategy, risk management, and environmental, social, and governance (‘ESG’) matters. The Implementation Statement covers the 12-month period to 31 December 2022 and will be updated annually.
