Online ISA Accounts

It's easy to keep on top of your savings
Your online ISA has all the benefits of a Cash ISA$, but can only be managed online. You can check your balance, view your statement and make deposits or withdrawals simply by logging-in via your computer or mobile.

The more you put into your online savings account, the more you'll get out. You can make your first payment by Faster Payment, cheque or, where permitted, by debit card. After that it's easy to make deposits by Electronic Payment up to the maximum balance.

You can deposit up to £20,000 in the current tax year. You can transfer in some or all of your previous tax years' savings without affecting your annual allowance for the current tax year, depending on the terms and conditions of your account.

It's easy to take money out
It's your money, so with your online ISA account you can send money to your nominated accounts at any time by Faster Payment, as long as you keep a minimum balance*. This is not a flexible ISA meaning any amount withdrawn cannot be replaced and will count towards your yearly ISA limit.

All withdrawals will result in a loss of tax free# status on the amount withdrawn.

$Cash ISA's are available to individuals aged 16 or over who are resident in the UK for tax purposes.

You can manage your Fixed Rate ISA in branch or over the phone. When you register for online services, you can also check the balance of your Cash ISA$ and update your personal details online.

The more you put into your Fixed Rate ISA, the more you'll get out. You can deposit up to £20,000 in the current tax year*. You can transfer in some or all of your previous tax years' savings without affecting your annual allowance for the current tax year*. Deposits can be made up to the final deposit date, by Electronic Payment, internal transfer from another Leeds Building Society account, by cash, cheque or, where permitted, by debit card*.

It's easy to take money out
It's your money, so with your Fixed Rate ISA you can make withdrawals, but make sure you maintain the minimum balance of your account*. You can make withdrawals from your account by cash, cheque or Electronic Payment*.

Remember, withdrawing money will mean you lose interest on an amount equivalent to that withdrawn/transferred, as per your account's terms and conditions.

Accessing your funds
Your Fixed Rate Bond is a long-term savings account, meaning no withdrawals are permitted until the day after maturity*. You'll be able to access your funds from the day after your bond matures. We'll write to you before your product matures with full details*.

You're also supporting Leeds Rhinos. Each year, Leeds Building Society will make a donation to the Leeds Rhinos equivalent to 1% of the total balances held in Blue & Amber accounts - and it won't cost you a penny. The more you save, the more Leeds Rhinos receives.
